With a career built across the private sector, the Brazilian federal public service and the international technology market, Melissa Esposito has consolidated a trajectory marked by strategic vision, leadership and the ability to turn technical knowledge into high-impact solutions for public and private organizations. Her experience spans programming, systems analysis, information security, data protection, infrastructure, networks, backup, business continuity, governance and the expansion of technology solutions in complex environments. She studied Computer Science and Computer Networks, specializing in Information Security at the University of Brasília, UnB.

She dedicated approximately half of her professional journey to leading regional companies and multinational organizations, gaining experience in highly competitive, innovative and results-oriented environments. In the other half, she worked in the Brazilian federal public service, where she participated in strategic projects, including a program with major social impact and global visibility, and consolidated a broad view of technology, governance, critical infrastructure, security and service to large institutions.

After her time in the public sector, she began an international and entrepreneurial career focused on business structuring, the development of strategic international partnerships, the expansion of enterprise technologies and the construction of solutions for public and private organizations. Her trajectory combines technical knowledge, commercial sensitivity and institutional articulation, always focused on innovation, resilience, operational efficiency and value generation.

As CEO of Tantec Brasil Ltda. and partner at Tantec International, Brazil and the United States, he leads cybersecurity and data protection initiatives serving both the public and private sectors, helping companies and institutions strengthen governance, reduce risks and achieve regulatory compliance, always with the conviction that security is, above all, an act of care for people.
